&lt;p&gt;I watched two daffodils take the pummeling sleet of April's first snowfall this morning and wondered;&quot; how tough do we have to be to weather this economy?&quot; It is the start of Spring, April Fools day, and Mother Nature is trying to put us in our place.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Weather, murk, economy, snow, but I do NOT get down. Just like those yellow petals fringed with frost, I want to believe we have a foothold on the next step, the next step UP!  I need to get back to marketing and networking with my friends and clients. I need to go back to the ways that brought me business for the past 5 years.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;With that thought in mind, I am going to send out the new Mariners Schedules, and new Seahawk Schedules. I am going to be a fan again. I see that there is hope out there, and I will prepare myself to make things happen. I will have a plan. I will burst into the sunlight in full flower!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It is not a pretty picture in real estate, if you have to sell. But if you are trying to figure out what to do with money, family that's taken over your house, or all the junk that needs a bigger garage or rec room, then it's a great market. It's a once in lifetime; win the World Series and the Superbowl all in one year type of market. It is what YOU make of it, because you won't see these interest rates, inventory and desperate sellers again for 29 years. That's the last time interest rates were below 5%.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Want to know how to make good decisions? Pick out one of the Real Estate agents that are still doing real estate full time. I'm one! I know more about finance, builders, plats, constructions costs and the number of pending sales TODAY than most agents, and definitely more than most bloggers, Zillow or Trulia columnists. I bet you can't &quot;twitter&quot; this kind or information anywhere today.&lt;/p&gt;

So today is the day we warm up to our fellow professionals, the ones that survived the windswept winter and offer up a &quot;bud&quot; of hope, a fresh attitude, and a new team player. Pick up the phone today and call someone in your profession, or your network, and ask them &quot;What do you need?&quot;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So, let's talk! Let's refer each other so we can all make money. Let us step into the cold, the oh so cold real world and see what we can do for each other. Lets &quot;Spring Forward&quot; and smell the roses, if they get a chance to see the sun this year!   It is OUR time! I'll be here for you!&lt;/p&gt;
