    I agree that mobile marketing will help small businesses grow. The use of this technology can help them quickly and easily gather information about their customers and their preferences through short surveys, build a list of prospects through competitions or contests and have people opt into these activities to particpate. It is a fun way to engage customers and prospects in building brand equity.

    There are so many creative ways mobile marketing can be implemented to further the customer experience and build relationships.

    Studies show mobile marketing campaign responses rates are between 15-30% in comparison to the average email campaign at 2-5% and from the direct mail campaigns at .5-1.5%.

    This is an exciting growing trend for the coming years.
