This presentation will be at a relatively basic level of information, designed for business owners who are considering hiring employees when economic conditions improve. However the time to begin collecting information and background on hiring should begin well in advance of the need to hire them. The need to hire quickly is one of the biggest sources of potential employee problems because the hiring process is rushed through and not given the proper time to be methodical and carefully considered at each step.

Likewise, the many considerations that must be made when assessing proper pay and compensation components must not be rushed and should be methodical and carefully thought out before being put into place.
