Lori - Sounds like a great event, but I'll be out of town. Plan to host it again in the future? Be sure to keep me posted ... I'm interested. Thanks, Debbie

    Lori,

Is this the official mind-mapping tool?

Great question - I use Mindjet Manager Pro, but a pencil and paper will work. The "twist" I put on this is to tailor it specifically to be a networking blueprint and guide. Ultimately it can help one decide on which events to attend, who to follow up with, and how to spend the valuable time an entrepreneur has.

Lori - I have a last minute change of plans and have to cancel tonight - do hope you will do this again as I very interested to see how you use Mind Mapping/Mindjet. The group you are gathering looks fabulous.... Have a great event! Leta

I am so glad I attended your event yesterday.

I have always been a strong planner, and your approach was new for me. Mapping out a relationship-based approach and tracking my relationship connections on a weekly basis could dramatically shift how I am doing business - It is a tool that would help me align my thinking and actions with my philosophical approach to doing business. Thank you very much for doing this event. Definitely one of the finest Biznik events I've attended. You are a gifted facilitator/teacher and the subject is valuable for any business professional. It's great to see a tool that has worked so well for me through the years being integrated into the market place more fully.

I look forward to reading your articles and being in your events in the future.

Thanks for the great comments and we'll definately do another one in the near future.

I'd add that it was a fantstic group of attendees which made it all the more interesting!

Lori, Thank you for sharing your example map with us. It stimulated my thoughts. I named a child node my treasure box for future projects I did figure out a few more of them through yesterday's work. Today, I downloaded a free mindmapping tool to build my map. The tool is very easy to use but I don't like the layout. I bought Inspriation a while ago. I will give that a try.
