  Yes ,Seattle AMA Supercross.

  'Moto-cross' is a french word, combing 'motorcycle' with 'cross country'.The sport was popularized in Europe during the 50's & 60's. Most events were held in open fields and pastures.

  Supercross is an 'americanized' version of motocross , but the races are run on man-made tracks,mostly in major stadium venues.

  The first supercross was held in the LA Coliseum in1972.

  The sights and sounds of supercross are cerebrally damaging and crush any sense of mundanity.

  Kirk is a top blagger (that's a good thing in case it's lost in translation).

  Spectacular event, watch it on Speed later today, the last race is great with a very unexpected twist.
