Boy am I pumped for this! You know why? Last week my dog Anna was viciously attacked and nearly lost her life in the jaws of a ferocious German Shepherd. She survived but had several puncture wounds in her neck and could have bled to death had the dog torn her jugular. However, Miss Anna lived. After I brought her home from the emergency vet, she immediately wanted to play and go back to normal, despite just having been in the jaws of death and sporting bloody wounds on her neck. That's my tough little girl. Rocking on no matter what. What a great lesson to learn right there. Can't wait to see people and pups at the dog walk!!

I have yet to see any dogs who go for the jugular here. Glad Annas ok and going to join the party.
And if your dog is more of a runner than a walker, there's an open area in the middle of the park where we can let 'em run!

Hey Pamela, as you know we are cat people and would love to join this group, but, well.....you know how that would end up.
But what great idea. The role our pets play in our lives, and what we can learn from them in our business as well. I'm sure anyone that signs up for this is going to have a great time.

This sounds like so much fun! Anyone from the north side (Greenwood/Greenlake area) willing to bring me across the water? I'll bring my small dog (a Chinese crested hairless named Mushu - yep, that's right!).
Glad Miss Anna is jumping back!

I hope to come but may flake: I think the kids may have something that day.
Good to see you both at BizJam!

I will try to make this one, not likely to flake because it is walking distance from me, and a park I go to often.

Have Fun!
P.S. my "baby" is in my profile picture with me. He is a labradoodle!

this is a great idea! As a dog trainer, I love the idea of the socialization between dogs and the owners and on the Eastside! I'm sorry to hear that your dog got bit and really badly but so glad it's coming along and doesn't sound like it was affected emotionally from it. Dogs are amazing creatures. I think I will be there, just waiting to hear if a client wants to meet for a session that morning.

I have an opportunity to go out of town for a few days on business, and as much as I wanted to go on this walk with you all, I'm going to take the opportunity.
Please do this again so I can go!
