Aloha All! We are exploring the potential of a core group & setting aside Aloha B2B as you know it for this meeting. I wanted the AB2B to grow in depth, and this would require committed contributors, and regular attendance. Things to be discussed: Is this something your are interested in? If yes, what would be the glue that would keep us committed to each other? What goals would you like to establish as individuals & as a group? Are you familiar with the concept of a Master Mind Group? What would be the qualifications to become a member of this group? What is the ideal number of members for this group? *What are the requirements to invite a guest?

Post your comments here before & after we meet.

    Aloha Ken

Regular attendance is a must. And arriving on time. I am interested in being a regular member of the group. I think maybe every Core member should either give a presentation about their business or Lead the Group like Biz did a few weeks ago. What goals as a Individual and as a Group? Answer: For myself, more Leadership and Public Speaking opportunities. Goal for Group: Should be discussed in a Group setting. I am familiar with a Mastermind Group and have participated in some. Ideal number I think is between 10-20 members for now. Qualifications to become a member? Answer: Besides contributing when group is meeting, maybe have some sort of record of attendance. People who attend regularly will receive more help from other members. Regular attendance requires time sacrifice(2 hrs on a Wed) which others will recognize. Guest requirements? Answer: This should be discussed in Group setting also.

    Aloha Ken,

I like the concept of a Master Minds Group. I've never been a part of one however I am excited about giving it a try. I think group discussion are important and if we throw in individual discussions that would also be something to build on. Attendance is important as well. I admit I am guilty of missing meetings due to unexpected events however I love the AB2B group and will dedicate my time.

    Mahalo:-)

Thanks for your posts Dee & Brodi.

I urge you to review the links I sent about Master Mind Groups.

What will be the "glue" that unites the group?

    Ken:)
