Event description

Stop feeling confused and afraid about the economy and learn how you can create opportunity and abundance right now!

An informal, informative evening of ideas and action!

In this fun and interactive presentation we will look at the six changes that occur for consumers and small businesses during a tough economy and how you can use this knowledge to actually increase market share and profitability when times are tough.

Specifically we will be looking at how you can focus and improve your marketing message, and at low cost simple methods you can use to attract new customers and retain old ones.

We will also look at the 4 best steps you can take to turn an existing customer into a raving fan that can actually help get customers for you.

Throughout the workshop we will stay focused on helping you to maintain your authenticity and discover a marketing approach that is fun and right for you while avoiding cold calling, pushy conversations and other uncomfortable "hard selling" techniques.

Cost This 3 hour workshop is totally FREE

I've taken workshops with Mari before, and she is excellent helping people. I'm using the principles she talks about in starting my business.

I'm even using them as a playwright, and I'm seeing results! People in the theater community are starting to know who I am, what kind of work I do, what my passion is, and that I know how to listen to them and understand how a playwright can work with them best.

I can't be at this first one, but I will be at the next one.

I thought I already RSVPd for this. Strange. I thought there were a lot more people attending. No matter, I'll be there. :)

Welcome Peggy! Looking forward to seeing you. Not to worry about people - I am new to Biznik and did not quite "get it" when I read the 100% biznik part of the agreement. I was thinking that the spaces I listed here are 100% reserved for Biznik- but I re-read the rules today and they meant the whole event not the listing. My bad.

So I won't make that mistake again- but for tonight we have about 40.

    Thanks so much for joining!

    Cheers, Mari

Thank you all! You were a great group.

You all asked, smart questions, and had a wonderful sense of confidence in the value in your work. Not to mention the bravery factor some of you showed in asking for feedback with a great sense of humor when getting it!

    You really are inspiring. :-)

I've never been more excited and charged to move forward with starting my own business. I met a lot of great people at this event, but also, Mari's information was exactly the focused marketing information that I needed to hear. I look forward to future events with her.
