Event description

Have you ever considered writing and/or publishing a book?

Are you already published and looking for some ideas on how to sell more copies of your book?

If so this gathering is for you. Aspiring and Published authors will meet at the Mosaic Coffeehouse from 11AM to 2PM to network and learn from each others experience.

Individual introductions will start promptly at 11AM. Each attendee will have the opportunity to Shamelessly Brag about themselves while your host is sharing Biznik Networking Tips.

We take a short lunch break at 12:30 with more networking.

After lunch, at 1:00PM sharp we gather for our guest speakers to share with us the secrets of selling more of our books and services.

Our guest speakers this month are:

  • Best Selling Author, Patrick Snow. He will speak about: "The Entrepreneur's Sales Success System".

  • Expert Sales Trainer, Howard Howell who will speak about: "Creating the brand of YOU".

Save a little time in your schedule after 2:00PM for small gatherings at the Mosaic CoffeeHouse. It is a great opportunity to become better friends with your associates.

I wouldn't miss it for the world. This time I'll be bringing copies of my latest book, Get Into Print: The Art and Practice of Self-Publishing. I hope I can encourage other writers to get their ideas out there!

Since publishing my book, I've been constantly looking for opportunities to promote it. After reading Jennifer's note should I bring copies? Thats right you did say there would be time for "shameless" promotion. Actually, I'll be happy to be there to perhaps learn something new. I'm am always open to new ideas! ... Allan

Please let me know for your future get togethers if done on either one of those days that I mention. I can't do it on thursdays and fridays since my hon's mom is my ride. later.

Great information and high energy make up this time together. Howard is a master for keeping everything on track. I will give another copy of my first book away. Again Howard and Patrick delivered a fantastic event, Thanks for putting these on Howard by far my faviorite events that I have been to through biznik. I am bummed I will not be able to attend the next one, as I will be down in Arizona for that week. But I will enjoy the sunshine and think of all you washingtonians why I am down there. Have a great thanksgiving holiday.

For me this was not only a great event for me to attend as a first Biznik event, but it was an important event for me. It was an opportunity to meet some great people, to connect with an old friend (Jack Fecker), and to learn from you and Patrick Snow that marketing my book is going to take time, real work and dedication on my part. Okay, I wasn't too thrilled to learn that last part, but it truly did put things in perspective.

    Thanks again, Allan Hay
