• How and why to prioritize activity: perform a group "Critical Path Analysis"
• Discuss the essential thought process for developing a early-stage business action plan

Case Study 1. So, you've made the go-no go decision. Before you invest your time and money, it will be critical to develop your "Critical Path" plan on how to most efficiently get your business up and running. At this event, we will break out into small teams where you will use your logic, tact and experience to develop a "Critical Path" to build a strong early foundation for your business. Proper prioritization can create order and flow; the lack of Critical Path plan may create chaos and more head-scratching questions.
