Something I teach every day, and yet can ALWAYS use more practice, myself! Looking forward to it!

BEING A BALL OF FIRE WITHOUT BURNING OUT: A Workshop On Self-care During Your Work Day
Hosted by Ari Klein & Johnna Dietz in Seattle, Washington
Type: Educational Workshop
When: Wednesday, April 1 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM
598 views
Event description
We all know the new-world virtual office of today’s entrepreneurs. Time lacks the structure of a 9 to 5 office day. Space is split between leased and shared spaces, between client and home offices. Many of us speak or lead meetings within Seattle or virtually from here, sometimes travelling nationally or internationally while managing varied time zones. How do we provide a structure for physical health, mental balance and overall self-care to be at the top of our game in this fluid environment?
We will consider:
Creating a supportive work space within your mix of ‘offices’ in a virtual 24/7 day
Accessing and utilizing all of your senses to optimize productivity and nurture self care
Creating a marriage of flexible and fixed boundaries between work and personal time
Building habits for calendaring that support health and well-being
Optimizing nutrition and planning physical exercise to support clarity of mind
Utilizing exercises to promote mind/body health during your day

Great to have you joining us, Sharon. We look forward to you and other attendees sharing their 'teachings', 'doings' and 'beings', and walking away with new ones. The dance between the teaching and the doing is an intricate and beautiful one that can be a challenge as our work and lives shift.
Thank you for your post! -Ari

I would love to come to your event; however, I just got a job, and can only make an evening class. Is there any chance you might have another one and in the evening?
Best regards,
Jeanne
