Biz Walk n Talk Tuesday

It's not uncommon for us indies to forget to take care of ourselves and our health so we're here to help remind you - and ourselves!

To start, we'll circle up, introduce ourselves briefly and identify what a good referral is for us this week.

As we start our walk and warm up, we can chat and network, and mention referrals to follow up on later.

Then we'll kick it up a notch and Patrick will show us how to see our environment as we walk with new eyes. Bet you didn't know there is more than a walking path in front of you! He's going to show us just what else is out there! Put your fun hat on and be ready for a little adventure.

Cool down walk, circle up for some guided stretching and maybe share about our experience from the walk, either from a chat with someone or your experience with the walking and fun portion!

Those who want to can stick around for chit chat or go get a cup together!

Meet outside the recreation center next to the parking lot and planter boxes.

  We'll host this a few more times but if people don't start attending, we'll stop.

  That was a bummer no one else showed up (but I did have Amy all to myself ; )
