The Long Tail describes a very valid new way of looking at marketing and client relationships that could replace traditional perspectives like the 80/20 rule. Don't know what the 80/20 rule is? Read the book and find out! (Or look it up at Wikipedia. Someone did an excellent job of explaining it there.)
