Tammy, you are very brave to host a huge picnic...this sounds fantastic! So great to meet you at our Portland suitcase weekend. I'll try to make this...after all the Amtrak does stop in Olympia (we now know). Count me in on the vegetarian chili. Cheers. Susan

Chris,
We are vegetarians and thought we would bring some Morning Star vegetarian Grillers, which we eat all the time. Your salad sounds delicious!

Have you guys found a way to count the guests (spouses, partners, children) accompanying the Biznik members who are RSVPing?
The RSVP currently says 40, but if each person shows up with a +1 and a few little ones in tow, you'll easily exceed 100.
Just a thought...
-
Posted by Linda Jensen, Tumwater, Washington | Jul 29, 2009
Lara,
Yep, we are planning on sending out a blast mid next week to get a count. Obviously only the Biznik members can RSVP. I know folks that are bring 3-4. We can easily accommodate 2-300 people.
Thanks for asking....

Tera Vita,
The event is going on the events page, but not until Monday.....some things we can't control! I suppose we were hoping that folks would message each other to try to arrange carpools. So sorry you can't make it. Have fun sailin'.
Crystal, Family reunion should trump the picnic. Have a wonderful time.

Forgive me if I missed any posted information already but I do have a few questions.
Is this a dog friendly picnic?
Are drinks (soda/water) provided?
Is beer/wine allowed?
I have spoken with several people who were also wondering so I figured I would be the one to ask.
