Event description

All writers can use some support and fresh ideas from time to time, whether we're struggling with overcoming writer's block, looking for the perfect market for our writing, or identifying the next stage of the process. This event is an opportunity to connect with other writers and generate ideas and solutions to your writing challenges.

We'll start with brief introductions, and then turn the focus to specific challenges. Each participant will have the chance to describe his or her current writing goals and needs, and the rest of the group will offer suggestions for how to move forward.

Come prepared with specific writing goals or challenges you want to discuss, and be ready to put on your thinking cap to help generate suggestions for other writers.

In order to ensure that we have time for everyone, please make every effort to be on time. We will take a short lunch break halfway through; please consider purchasing a snack from Mosaic, which provides its meeting space free of charge.

I'm a huge fan of Annika's writers' brainstorming sessions. AND I want to hear about her trip to Patagonia! I'll be there!

ayiyi! I am definitely looking for storming brains! I am doing a re-write on an inspirational fiction book I thought I had finished...and I could use some ideas on how to re-boot.

    looking forward to it and:

I want to create a Free the Wild Writer's group in the new year....no critique, just four great writing exercises and a read aloud. I was thinking of a nice biznik owned coffee shop in Lynnwood--Penny Wight (sp?) owns it.

Is there any interest out there? Is this too far north? I live in beautiful little LaConner, and have a cozy office to do this, but I KNOW this may be too far for most, os I'm willing to come "down south " a ways....

    peace.

My apologies, Annika - I was planning to come, but I'll need to be writing (of all things!) at that time. I hope the session is as productive as the last!

Annika, I'm sorry I'm canceling - I have too much work on my plate at the moment to go to two events in one week.

The next one is the day after - and it looks like you'll be there. See ya then!

I was very much looking forward to brainstorming with you all tomorrow, but alas I will not be able to attend. My partner has been in the hospital for the past 3 weeks and it's been difficult to schedule anything around all the craziness going on there. I look forward to the next one! Thanks Annika!

Wow, this seems to be an epidemic. I have a must got to appointment that was just scheduled. I may be late and promise to enter quietly and get to work. I so appreciate that you are doing this.
