Event description

Are you a professional service provider? A lawyer, accountant, financial adviser, health care professional, real estate agent, or other person whose success depends on both your expertise and also your relationship with your clients or patients?

Sometimes being the expert can get in the way of building those relationships. When you depend completely on your own communication and thinking style, you may annoy your clients or patients, and you may even drive them into the arms (and offices) of your competitors!

As professionals, we've spent years developing our professional skills. It’s ironic that, to communicate effectively with our clients or patients, we may have to put aside what we do best.

What would it be like if you could unlock the code, learn the client's language, and figure out the way each client thinks? What would that add to the success of your practice?

In this highly interactive event, you will begin to unlock the code. You will come away with new insights about different thinking and communication styles, that you can put to work that very afternoon! Come ready to move around and have fun!

The venue is the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce office on the 3rd floor of Bellevue Square. Parking is free. Go to the Center Court and take the stairs or elevator to the 3rd floor. Turn right and look for the Bellevue Chamber office. Grab lunch first at any of several restaurants in the mall (Speciaties and World Wraps are right next to the elevator). We'll spend the first half hour connecting and finishing lunch and then jump into the workshop!

See you there! Ann

This sounds fabulous! I know from having attended one of your teleclasses how much rich and practical information you provide. Your materials are always well-thought out, useful and user-friendly with laser sharp insight. And you absolutely can't beat this value! I work with these topics all the time, but I'm tempted to attend myself, as I'm sure to learn more.

    Hello Ann,

I regretfully have to un RSVP for your event today because I had an emergency patient call to come in right in the middle of your event. I was greatly looking forward to coming and look forward to the next one that you put on!

Ann - I learned a lot from your event. More so about how I communicate utilizing the different colors we tend to be. I especially loved how the activity you had us do showed the differences of how we express our wants and needs. I encourage others to attend any future events you'll be hosting. It was definitely beneficial for myself as well as others in the class...

    Thanks for hosting...
