Event description

By attending this workshop you will have a clear understanding of, and will put in place, tools for you to implement immediately to build your business. You will be able to use these tools in any area of your life to help move you forward, every day, towards fulfilling any of your goals or desires.

Roughly twenty percent of your success is dependant on your skills and abilities. The remaining eighty percent is dependant on your attitude and beliefs. This workshop will give you the steps and daily practices that you can put into place to ensure you are using your time to its highest and best use, are focused, and moving concisely in the direction of your goals.

About the Presenter: Meisha Rouser, a professional life coach and speaker, has spent her entire life asking “why”. By studying other peoples’ success she has built a number of successful businesses. I'm looking forward to this--I'm trying to determine the direction I want to go next and I have a feeling this will help... I may have a meeting that afternoon but will do everything I can to get to this instead!

I am very excited to attend. I am starting a new business and lacking the focus in getting it up and running. This event can put me on the right track with excitement and heading in the right direction. Thanks and looking forward to it Meisha.

    Chris,

Sorry you will be out of town. You tried so hard to get to the last one. I guess this means I will be doing another of these classes this summer for you.

    Have a great trip.

Are you doing your "Power Hour"? Let us know...

    Hi Meisha and everyone else....

Doing the Power Hour every day (it's usually 15 min) and it is helping ALOT!! Especially meaningful to me is the part about 'enthusiastically paying the price". This has helped inspire me on less than inspired days. It helped me put in 3 hours on the marketing Tues, then turn around and put in 3 hours for a Fibromyalgia Assoc. presentation (I'm including the travel time). Also helped me successfully snag a 15 minute radio spot on a woman's talk show. Now I'm fine tuning that presentation. Still workiing on 'anchoring the victory' with a cookie :) My cookie after a successful day Tues was a bike ride in the sun. I'd love to hear how everyone else is doing....

Thanks for the inspiration and great coaching, Meisha! I'll look forward to other events you host.

My Power Hour is running at 1/6th (avge 10 mins) but the power is intense so perhaps it makes up for it. I admit I missed Sunday...just got away from me, but time with my Daughter is almost a Power Day...:)

Dealt with my Friday PH, just after midnight as I have a full day tomorrow...I have just ensured it will be as productive as the last 6...

Thnx, Meisha...have a great break, think of us...:)

    Hi Meisha and "Gang"

I enjoyed your workshop very much. Thank you for sharing your time, energy, and mastery with us. I continued to use my Power Breakfast hour (it wasn't really an hour) to work on manifesting the higher good in my day. I missed one day because of a breakfast networking event. I just couldn't get into "my time" in the group setting.

All in all I had a wonderful week. I continue to choose to read, work and do other things instead of going to the gym and that is okay. My week was great and I hope to manifest more happy clients next week.

    Enjoy your day, Janice Brady

I combined my power hour with my standing meditation (it's for my martial arts training) in morning for about 20 minutes. I was doing it before, but after the workshop, I started trying to focus on something positive/thank full about. It's quite good, actually. It's so easy to spend more time thinking about problem, but now I am much better focusing on my goal.

I worked on my cold call issue that I discussed in the workshop, and it's been better. So, thanks, Meisha.

My Power Hour has proven to be so effective, I have not had a chance to get back to post about it :-)

I did mine as a reflective - what I accomplished for the day and listed out what needed to get done. This proved to be very effective in keeping focused on my days activities and "to do" list - but in a way that feels productive rather than just a check list.

Interesting finding: when I didn't really reflect on this (just having the "left over" list) I was no where near as productive. Mindfulness -vs- To Do List I suppose ...
