We have been averaging about 40 guests with about 30 RSVP's flaking the day of. This room will hold 40 people comfortably so please ONLY RSVP if you KNOW you will be there.

Hobee's has a banquet room we can use. They charge a fee for the room, but if enough people order dinner and we hit the minimum, the room is free.

I will set up the room and the meeting so we have our dicussion from our speaker first. We can order from the menu and the waiter will do seperate checks for each person and build in a small gratuity to each bill. They do serve wine and beer, too. They are VERY good at handling large groups that want to order dinner and have separate checks. Their menu can be fairly healthy and here is their menu so you can take a peek:

I am also going to collect your business card on the way in the door and will draw 3 business cards from the fishbowl for an opportunity for a "MasterMind" style Q&A. If your card is pulled from the bowl, you have an opportunity to share a challenge, problem, or opportunity with the room and have the various experts in the room help you brainstorm some ideas for your issue. We will keep each one to 10 minutes each, so have your ISSUE identified and succint - spend 1- 2 minutes describing so we can spend 8 minutes brainstorming for you.

We will also do one round of speed networking at the end of the meeting.
