Hate to miss this, but I am doing a workshop on "thriving, not surviving" for job seekers at a home in West Seattle. I'll email someone for details of the evening.

I was hoping to come to this, but just found out about a family issue I'm going to have to deal with.

    All,

I enjoyed listening to everyones vision and the different stages that we are in to accomplish our visions. My take away is "creative tension". It became aware to me that to have a strong executive team I need to first communicate my vision to them and then they must share my vision. My measure regarding whether they grasp the vision will be to monitor their creative tension...expressed as actionable results.

Conrad, I didn't talk about shared vision , but you got the concept down very well. Once you have that part down the alignment of the whole team becomes so much eaisier. Good luck with your company.

I also very much wanted to attend, found out about it late. Now I am signing up in advance and checking Jack's events more often.
