Thanks everyone for participating fully, contributing to everyone's learning. I especially appreciated Catherine's definition of "confidence." (the ability to know that you have confronted your fear before and you can do it again.) Catherine, if you can clarify that even better, please DO. Didn't you love the book store setting? The ambience was lovely. I will post a couple of photos. for those who couldn't make it, I will plan another one in the fall. In the meantime, "How fully are you living TRUE to your essence?
