Event description

How is your cash flow these days? Every decision you make impacts your personal and business cash flow... Are you setting aside time in your schedule to pay attention to it? Do you know where your money is going and what you can do to increase the flow?

Playing the game is a fun and risk-free way to:

• Discover your financial habits and beliefs

• Experiment with new financial choices

• Observe the results of your beliefs and choices

• Practice “investing“ in stocks, real estate and businesses

• Become more familiar with the concept of Cash Flow

• Understand your Balance Sheet and Income Statement

This game will be special because we are allowing a full three hours to play, just like the "official" rules say. Normally, we only play for 90 minutes which isn't always enough time to have a winner. We'll start with introductions/offers, then play, play, play.

Also, since the theme of the event is increasing cash flow, I propose that we all bring promotional materials for our business (biz cards, fliers, etc), to share with the group. And then each of us can take some of these materials and post them up around our neighborhoods, etc. If you want to participate in this way, bring your biz cards and fliers. Let's promote each other and get more cash flowing in!

Please come even if you've never played it before. You will experience a LOT in a short amount of time!

Here's what Sarah Max, CNN/Money Senior Writer had to say about the game:

“On a recent evening I bought into a limited partnership, flipped a bed and breakfast for a quick profit, tripled my money on “OK4U“ pharmaceutical stock. I also got downsized from my teaching job, bought a duplex and had a baby. After all that, I managed to get out of the proverbial rat race.“

Ooh, a spot opened up! I'm new to the game, but it looks fun and useful. Hopefully I can print out some new fliers in time!

Hi Paula - Thanks for letting me know and for unRSVPing (is that a word?) so that someone else could take your spot. I look forward to meeting you in the future. I would really enjoy learning more about your inventions.

Heidi - I'm so happy that your morning opened up; see you after a bit.

Congratulations Cashflow Players on getting out of the Rat Race! (Everyone got onto the FastTrack with Chris Mitten leading the way). What a great way to experience first hand the power of collaboration instead of competition.

Chris, Chris and Allen - I hope to see you at the Contribution Networking Party tonight.
