Event description

Increasing your financial skills can effect the profitability of your business. Join us for an evening of networking and playing Robert Kiyosaki (author of Rich Dad Poor Dad) boardgame Cashflow(r). Playing the game is a fun and risk-free way to:

• Discover your financial habits and beliefs
• Experiment with new financial choices
• Observe the results of your beliefs and choices
• Practice "investing" in stocks, real estate and businesses
• Become more familiar with the concept of Cashflow
• Understand your Balance Sheet and Income Statement

We will network for 1/2 hour then start playing the game since it takes about 2-3 hours to play. Please come even if you've never played it before. You will experience a LOT in a short amount of time!

Here's what Sarah Max, CNN/Money Senior Writer* had to say about the game:

"On a recent evening I bought into a limited partnership, flipped a bed and breakfast for a quick profit, tripled my money on "OK4U" pharmaceutical stock. I also got downsized from my teaching job, bought a duplex and had a baby. After all that, I managed to get out of the proverbial rat race."

I saw a special on the Kiyosakis and this game they created on PBS. I am excited about the opportunity to actually experience it!

You are welcome. I was looking for a fun and low key event to attend and thought this is a great option. As we get closer to the date of the event however, I may have to bow out unfortunately but we will see. I'm taking a class on Tuesdays that I was going to skip to attend your event but I'm finding that may not be possible. I will let you know as soon as I can........Thanks for your comment....Scott

What a fantastic evening! Thanks, Liza, for hosting. You did a great job explaining everything and keeping the game flowing. I also really appreciated your post-game, "What did you learn?"

Thank you, too, Michelle for joining in and helping make the evening work so well!

Liza was an awesome host! Dirk, you rule!! I had the privilege of being in a Cashflow power triangle with these two and all I can say is WOW!

If you are open to it, this game will show you the money things that are holding you back, and if you are lucky enough to manifest stellar players open to authentically talking about those things ... leaps and bounds baby, leaps and bounds!!
