Event description

Increasing your financial skills can effect the profitability of your business. Join us for an evening of networking and playing Robert Kiyosaki (author of Rich Dad Poor Dad) boardgame Cashflow(r). Playing the game is a fun and risk-free way to:

• Discover your financial habits and beliefs • Experiment with new financial choices • Observe the results of your beliefs and choices • Practice "investing" in stocks, real estate and businesses • Become more familiar with the concept of Cashflow • Understand your Balance Sheet and Income Statement

We will network for 1/2 hour then start playing the game since it takes about 2-3 hours to play. Please come even if you've never played it before. You will experience a LOT in a short amount of time!

Here's what Sarah Max, CNN/Money Senior Writer* had to say about the game:

"On a recent evening I bought into a limited partnership, flipped a bed and breakfast for a quick profit, tripled my money on "OK4U" pharmaceutical stock. I also got downsized from my teaching job, bought a duplex and had a baby. After all that, I managed to get out of the proverbial rat race."

Ruth's great & cashflow is very enlightening. You get to experience how you do all those money things you do & play with things you never usually would to see what might happen!

Wish I could make this one!!

    Hey All,

I just had to cancel last minute on this CashFlow game night. I wish I could attend but something has come up that is going to keep me on Vashon Island all afternoon and it would be too hard to try to get to the game on time.

The Biznik website is goofing up and only let me send one email instead of the usual 3 so I cannot contact the above people who would like to attend. If you can get emails to them - please do!

Or, if you can take my place, please do. I feel very badly about having to cancel last minute.

    Ruth,

Hope you do this again. I've been a big Rich Dad/Poor Dad fan and wanted to play the game before buying it. I recently joined BIZNIK and went to the "learn to network the biznik way" event last night that overlapped.

    Hi Seth,

Thanks for your interest. I'm planning on hosting a Cashflow game through Biznik on the third Tuesday of every month and one through Meetup on the first Tuesday of every month. I also host private Cashflow games for groups as time permits. I'll let you know the specifics of the next game as soon as it is posted.

    Cheers, Ruth :)
