Event description

Utilizing business psychology, learn how to close more sales and increase your chance of success during these tough economic times. By attending this hands-on workshop, not only will you close more sales, you'll build long lasting client relationships whereby they'll continue to buy from you, refer you to others and help spread your name across the community.

Here is a brief summary of what we'll cover:

  1. How to build instant rapport with anyone
  2. How to identify the unique mental map and communication style of your customer
  3. How to discover their true needs, wants, and desires whether they share them with you or not
  4. Learn your customer's decision making strategy
  5. How to tailor your sales presentation and communication style based on the information you've gathered above and how this will close your sale

We'll also discuss how to cross-sale, up-sale, create long-lasting relationships, and techniques to reassure your customers they've made the right decision by purchasing your products/services (this will prevent returns or cancellations).

After this workshop your attitude about sales will change. You'll see how you're satisfying the needs of your customers instead of just trying to meet numbers and quotas.

Caution: These techniques are only relevant if you believe in your product/service and if you have something valuable to offer them. These techniques should not be used to manipulate people to buy something they don't need.

    Paul, Tammy and Michelle,

Thank you all for the role you played in presenting a well-prepared workshop. The initial marketing tease by Tammy convinced me to attend, and it was worth it.

Paul, thank you for expanding on the definition of selling, which as Krista shared, is "solving someone else's problems." You went from the broad view of the elements of communicating for results, and honed it to a 5-step process to attain those results. Sandwiched in between was discussion rich with your personal experiences, as well as incremental opportunities to practice what was taught.

As a coach, I especially liked your emphasis on asking questions that talk to the subconscious mind. Therein lies the true motivation for a buying decision.

Thank you, Michelle, for your support as my A-B partner. From what I understand about your background, you are well versed in the art of sales techniques.

To anyone who missed this workshop, keep an eye out for the next offering. It is fabulous!

    Paul, Tammy and Michelle,

Thanks for a terrific workshop! Paul, the content was spot-on for developing a strong rapport with potential clients and taking them through 4 other steps to address their problem and how my services might help solve that problem. I have applied some of the skills already and am excited about the results.

Michelle, your teamwork with Paul is inspiring!

Tammy, you have great radar for value and connecting us with Paul confirms that. Thank you for persisting through what I thought were solid "nos!" (>: Thank you, too, for providing an welcoming environment for the workshop.

Give yourself new traction in your sales process, attend the next workshop that this team offers.

Tammy thanks for going up and standing next to Paul at the Biznik event :-), bringing him to the Southend, AND hosting this valuable event.
