Hey Lisa!

I was looking forward to seeing you today after it's been such a long while.

I am canceling for self care. I have the ability to receive the bodywork of Dr. Jake Felice @ about noon today and my body says that's the most important thing for me to do today to stay in a successful mindset.

I value your masterminds very much. I have missed going to them and connecting with you.

I will absolutely attend your upcoming mastermind and make it the top priority of the day.

In the mean time, remember to also take time for yourself and your body as well.

Let me know if you would like to help open the inner light center within you with some cranio-sacral or dig into some tight spots with Deep tissue. I am glad to give you any sort of body work that's within my ability to give.
