The Austin Cantina is the Dream Restaurant for our fellow biznik guy: Jefe Birkner.

His dream was to create a tex-mex establishment that was all sustainable and eco-friendly from the bottom up.

While in the creation of his personal masterpiece, he hired another savy eco biznik gal named Amy Wodoike, you may know her as the hub of the Seattle Eco-Deco scene.

Jefe also carefully selects his ingredients. All his distributors meet his high quality standards.

The place is a gold star type of place, in more ways than just one or two.

The networking there was rediculously fabulous last time. It would be very nice to see you out again, or for the first time.

I'm off work from at SPACE at 7 so the timing is PERFECT and being in Greenwood, I'm already halfway there! how did you know?! :)

Our menu is online, including the beverage menu.

We haven't served Mojitos in almost a year. Didn't make sense for us to stock the mint and rum that didn't get used in anything else, for the volume we were selling.

There will be a special 5 for 5 menu available, of 5 items available at $5.00 each (or a pitcher of beer for 2 people, at $5.00 per person)

With this small number of people already RSVP'ed, I think we're going to need to limit the menu to our "5 for 5" items, which is; 1. Chips Salsa & Guacamole 2. Quesadillas 3. Tortilla Casserole 4. Texas Shepherds Pie 5. Sopapilla

Wine, Margaritas, and Pitchers of Hales (pitchers are $5.00/ea for 2 people)

If we get 20 RSVP's by noon tomorrow, we'll go "full menu", otherwise it will be a nice, informal snacking event.

The event before the Biznik thing ran long, the Democrats hung out and drank. Not many Biznikers came out in the snow, I totally wouldn't have left my neighborhood either...
