Early Bird Walk & Talk with Short Meditation and Easy Stretch

Yo-la-he-ho! Time to get up and at 'em with some walking and talking! This is way better than sleeping in! Let us be your cup of coffee. This walk and talk has a following now and it's a blast to get caught up with everyone on an easy walk.

We start with a short meditation and stretch, led by Karen Lindenberg of Phyzz Yoga. Karen's brief but powerful meditation sets the tone for grounded and connected conversation. We stop walking at 9:30 and often conversation continues a bit, but I try to keep these events to an hour.

Meet at the Black Sun in Volunteer Park (the big donut-like sculpture across from the Asian Art Museum). Karen will lead us in the stretch and meditation starting at 8:35 and we will depart for our walk at 8:45am, heading north, so if you are late, run and catch up.

Wear: comfortable shoes and clothes. Bring: a water bottle if you get thirsty. Phones: Please turn them off. The focus is on face-to-face connection and being aware of our surroundings, so please arrive unplugged.Parking Drive into the park and you'll find plenty of parking spots in front of the Asian Art Museum.
