If you work with groups -as a presenter, trainer, facilitator, teacher, coach or in any other way --and you are interested in increasing the level of engagement, interactivity and creativity in your experiences -then this is your opportunity to learn, share and get/give feedback from your peers.

Structure 10-15 minute of quick check-ins 20-30 minutes Featured Presenter (each week will alternate) 5-10 Feedback & Qs for Featured Presenter 30 Minutes 'Open Mic' Attendees have five minutes to present and receive rapid-fire feedback from other peers * 15 Minute of networking, announcements, etc.

Thanks Banu, you are sweet. I hope that this develops into a sort of 'open mic' for trainers/facilitators/educators so we can see how each of you rock. The only thing that stops us from rocking is fear, and I'm a fear hunter :)
