All three hosts are experienced in the money management, mortgage and real estate industries and will each take about 20 minutes and tell you the small business owner and entrepreneur, (employees are welcome as well), what you can do to manage your wealth in these volatile times. Please join us for a discussion on these topics. You'll have an opportunity to introduce yourself and your business to one other before we start, and we'll finish up with some open conversation and networking. There will be plenty of time to ask individual questions as well. Please feel free to bring a bag lunch.
Money Management
Will help develop a realistic overview of how to set and reach financial goals as well as an orientation to the various elements of building one's financial house.
Mortgage Industry
Will be discussing what impact the current credit "crunch" has had on the mortgage industry and what mortgage opportunities are available today.
Real Estate Industry
Will be discussing the current state of our local real estate market and long term projections as to whether investing in real estate still makes sense in today's market.
