Event description
Just southwest of the big city there lies the sleepy little hamlet of West Seattle. Really, there is another part of the city you might not have seen. There are shops and theatres and ....
Ama Ama Oyster Bar. This funky place has some terrific food besides a great assortment of oysters. This time around we will be starting the witty banter at 5:30 to take advantage of the Happy Hour menu 50¢ Oysters! $3 Drafts & $5 Cosmos.
Last month we had some really cool people attend the event. You too can be cool. Just cross the bridge and join us.

Mar 24, 2008 I live in West Seattle, and am surprised to hear it called "a sleepy little hamlet"! Is that how the "other Seattle" thinks of us?
W. Seattle is a hotbed of political activity and I'm immersed in this. Lots of artistic stuff going on - I'm immersed in that too. Maybe that's why I don't see a "sleepy" community, although it's relatively peaceful and that's pleasant.
Look forward to seeing you all- it's been awhile!
