Happy Hour for the Body and Mind

There's plenty of interesting exercise tools to get activities started and lots of room for taking your conversations to a quiet corner when you need a rest.

I'll act as your guide and host, but the form this event takes will depend on the attendees. Just plan on having fun and meeting many interesting people!

  I would come, just to see your space and to talk, but I am taking my business partner to a Mariners game (yes I know, but these tickets were bought long before the team fell down the gorge of nowhere and sadly no return) I hope we can talk another time (and show you the real DVD that I use in my business).
