Event description

Life is FULL! You may have chosen to be in business for yourself or to be part of a small bsiness so that you could call the shots, have more choice over what you do and when. And life is till complex. If no matter which roles and relationship you have, you still long for balance, join us to:

= EXPLORE a new paradigm for balance that goes beyond "working faster and harder"
= IDENTIFY what balance means to you
= LEARN about smarter options for finding balance
= DISCOVER five factors that impact balance

During this workshop you will apply the new paradigm to your business and your life. You'll discover what's working for you in terms of balance and what could use some adjustment. Find out how much fun you can have diving into a subject that is ever being redefined by the choices you make. Life balance, like physical balance, is something that gets better with practice; so let's practice!

This is not another time management workshop. The format will be interactive so bring a healthy curiosity about what's showing up in your business and life right now. We will all share stories, laughter, and learning at Panera Bakery and Cafe which is definitely worth the trip.

As experienced Executive and Leadership coaches, your facilitators come with our own stories as well as our clients about challenges and wins when it comes to balance.

Network at the end of the workshop with other Biznikers looking for fresh options.

    Kerri, Heather, Yanshu, and Allen,

Thank you all for attending. What a great conversation you co-created with us about a new paradigm of balance. Congratulations, too, for crafting a new definition of balance for yourselves.

Yanshu, if you don't show up on this list, it was a technical snafu! My apologies.

    Well, be in touch!

I enjoyed this event immensely. Finding a sustainable balance in my life between work and a personal life is hugely important to me and something that I've struggled with for years. I know after working for corporation after corporation that the medium just isn't right for me. It never is what is advertised and the same always results. Find what drives you, make it work and reap the benefits, that's what I say. Thanks again.
