The Biznik way of networking is a powerful combination of online social networking technology paired with face-to-face events. Join Co-founder's Lara & Dan as they visit Tacoma, and join with Biznik's Tacoma Ambassador, Maura Desimone, to grow your business faster and become more profitable by using the tools at your disposal.

We'll walk you through the five main areas of the site, elaborate on the features as we designed them, and how to use them:

Membership: using the directory & your Biznik network
Biz Talk: online socializing & discussions
Articles & Tips: writing, rating & commenting

This workshop will be focused on questions YOU bring to the table - so come prepared to ask a lot of them.

Okay. I already new that the user interface of the Biznik website is intuitive and not complicated, but what I learned about Google search engine optimization blew my mind! As a Biznik supporting member, I didn't realize that my use of the webiste powerfully taps into Google's search criteria and it will help drive my company website toward the top of search results...just by being an active supporting member. This back end feature; alone, really makes it worth paying the monthly membership fee!

I found out about it at the last minute and caught a ride with Dan and Lara without RSVPing. It was great to learn so much more about how Biznik works (I upgraded my membership!), to meet some new Bizniks and to brainstorm ideas about how we can collaborate. I've got my thinking cap on.
