Event description

It is no secret that not all people do things the same way. There are differences in the way we communicate, make decisions, manage our time and money, react to pressure and in fact the way we look at the world. In dealing with people, it is important to know that first you cannot motivate people. You can only provide a motivational environment where people can motivate themselves and second, that all people are motivated. You just need to find out what those motivations are.

The Influencing Differing Personality Styles Workshop will look at the four different styles and identify the differences in each one. For each style, you will learn about their:

• Strengths and weaknesses.
• Motivations and drives.
• Contribution to the team.
• Decision making methods.
• Main fears and concerns.
• Process of communication.
• Needs and desires.

You will be able to recognize differing styles in people and have a better understanding of your own style. Having this ability will help you to be a more effective coach, consultant, parent, spouse, manager, sales person and/or friend, because you will have a better understanding of why people do what they do. Don't miss this three hour, action filled, informative seminar that will greatly enhance your personal growth and professional development.

Richard - will be great to see how this event differs from other personality criteria definition events. In sales, which all small business owners must handle, this is a critical component - how not to turn off your potential client or referral. We all need to better know who we are talking to. Looking forward to the event. ~David/dberkeyGroup

This sounds so informative and interesting given the fact that most of us cannot see how we come across to others.

    Valuable teachings....looking forward to it

Thank you Patricia, it will be an action packed morning. It is a whole new approach to understanding ourselves and others, but based on time tested strategies.

Rich - Have a Dr's appt. at that time, so I can't attend. Better to open a slot now than just not show up. I am sure the presentation will be wonderful. I hope you do this again. ~David
