Event description

Goal: An internet marketing workshop showing how to build business with the Internet and latest technology and make life a little easier.

Isn't this the question you want the answer to?

Inbound Marketing Professor answering questions about what is holding you back.

To have the opportunity to shine the light on those who are committed to excellence is the highlight of my life.

This time I have four topics in mind but you will decide the agenda.

This time... we will do internet marketing that is live and real. More than just concept. More than just opinions and ideas.

We will hit the very essence of how and why the first four things on the table will be:

1) We will select keywords participants. (speed keyword style)
2) We will make a landing page for one participant. (real and live)
3) We will use social media, seo, and free tools to increase the chance of being found.
4) We will measure the results. (and set up specific methods to know in two weeks whether there are results.

You will NOT be a victim of the tech wave,
You are going to Ride the Tech Wave!

Learn how you can better harness the power of the internet in this informal, anything goes Internet Marketing Roundtable Discussion. Everyone must participate.

It is always about having more clients and customers to serve. The goal remains the same but you will learn how to use the new tools.

Inbound Marketing is based on the belief that someone searched for you today.

  • Did you Get Found?
  • Did they introduce themselves or contact you? (Convert)
  • And then were you able to Analyze the results to move forward?.

This will be held in an executive board room where you can stretch and brainstorm.

Where:

Hometown Office Suites & Services
33530 1st Way S. Suite 102
Federal Way, WA 98003

Bring your business cards. Share your story about how your business can change lives and your goal for doing it even more so online.

  • Roundtable session, networking, snacks and beverages. (not dinner...)
  • Laptops are welcome. There is wi-fi.
  • Bring your most perplexing questions.
  • Take your 3x5 cards out and write down your biggest question or frustration about how to take your business online. If my four topics are not sufficient, here are options: o How can you streamline? o How can you improve effectiveness? o How can you get found? o How can you get leads? o How long does it take? o If you don't know technology, how do you get it done? o How much does it cost? o What about Social Media? How can you do it in 15 minutes a day?
  • Pick your own questions. We will tackle them but keep it fun and interesting. (I have props.)

The number of attendees will be limited to ensure those who attend have 100% success.

Who AM I? I am not a programmer. I am a business owner and marketing consultant with notches in my belt for doubling, tripling and quintupling sales. You will hear I am a sales awards winner, an Inbound Marketing Certified Professional, a Hubspot Certified Professional and I have had thousands of staff in my employ over 30 years. What I do is connect the dots and can help you do the same. Fortunately, how to create a synergy between the offline and online is something I do very well.

There is something for sale and I will sell it pretty hard: o Your potential to get it done online no matter how little you know about the Internet.

    What I am sad about:
Every day I meet amazing people who are not optimum results. Many are missing just a small piece of the puzzle. If only there were just a few tips to magnify the awesome energy people have to the virtual world. To do so increases the speed of trust, improves conversions, captures more leads and changes the community in which you live.

Restaurants? I love restaurants! Solopreneurs? I will show you the tricks of the trade. Building a team? Been there many times with turn arounds.

Are you an expert? If you are an expert but wanting to get more clients, I am a business success coach first and foremost. Inbound Marketing is one of tools in the toolbox. Everyone is welcome to come but the rule is: everyone participates.

    Take-aways:

o How to be online and expand your presence to get found. If Biznik is your hub, you will learn how to magnify that presence more so via the tricks of the trade. (This is not a Polish Your Profile. Pete teaches that workshop.)

o If you are tired of being invisible online and believe that gaining more visibility will help your business get found, then this is for you.

o Everyone walks away with a gold nugget to make it faster, easier, simpler (& funner).

o This is geared to personalize the solutions vs. just having general ideas.

100% Score is the Goal so the number of attendees is Limited.

Again, this will be limited because the goal for all my workshops is 100%. 100% of all attending must have ah-ha's, revelations or inspirations. The workshop / discussion recently scheduled filled up in about 5 days. Not hype.. just letting you know in case you are in need and thinking procrastination is OK.

I know your time is valuable. Mine is as well. We will tackle that which has been a barrier to you. No worries. I have done this before. :)

    Heads up:

    • This is the second to the last free workshop in an open forum like this. There will be one more the following Tuesday (July 20th).

    • It fills up quickly. No need to tell you that classes like this run about $40 an hour.

    • If it fills up, if you are a ProVIP, you can go into a waiting spot and be notified when a spot opens up.

There are usually a couple who's schedules change and then opt out. Contact me if you are interested in a workshop in your area.

Micheal's previous sessions were great. Brainstorming, stream of consciousness sort of thing. Get in while the getting is good.

Jim, You are great for both jumping in and your comments.

We have great events / workshops because the people in the room are thinkers and willing to put it on the table and challenge the status quo.

Terra, superb to have you again.

Miles, an honor. You add a new dimension to the possibilities.

Mike, you bring depth that the others will appreciate.

Bring your laptops if you want. I promise we will get it done and have some fun along he way.

Pass me notes about special topics in advance if you want me to do a little homework. :)

It is too hot for me! I will be looking for the cool spots tomorrow. :)

    Diane;

I had an awesome and outstanding idea tonight for you. You had asked about product vs. service.

    Remind me Tuesday about "certified".

So glad you were able to sign up right away. Looks like we will have another top notch group.

    Stay cool!

Mike Brice, don't I know you? Wasn't it a few years ago that we were talking about my speaking on export compliance for the American Electronics Association, now known as TechAmerica?

Sorry to miss the last session. Using material that was presented in the first session, I soon found that it was like climbing Mt. Rainier. So much climbing to do. And it revealed how my mistakes were costing me!

    Good show! Dean

    Well-spent hour, whirlwind information download.

Learned quite a bit, much useful detail and reference to great tools and sources, plus good advice.

Like the no BS style, but friendly atmosphere.

Definitely going back for the next round! SS

Suzette, For you to miss out on two other options and make the choice of joining us..... WOW.

Yep, no BS (Big Story) and hopefully full of BS (Gusiness Success) :)

Thank you for your great comments! Even more next week. New material, new questions, brand new info.

In the meantime.... words of those searching. that is the key.

    Jim,

that is because of your keen awareness and wit.

    So glad to have you.

The challenge is for you to dominate. There are still many pieces of the puzzle yet to reveal and next week will shed more light.

    Next week, don't forget... upstairs.
