Event description

There are those out there that have an idea of what "success in business" looks, feels and smells like.

We get coached and counseled and advised and consulted on what to do next, how to do it right and why our very souls need to express our "successful business selves" in the "right way."

I wonder what the right way is.

I wonder what it Really means to be A SUCCESS.

In my humble opinion, one must first come to know oneself and fully accept it before even dreaming that success will be a felt experience at all.

In other words; I think we define success for ourselves as an ongoing process.

... and if you are not creating your own definitions of success and achieving success as you define it for yourself...

then there is a good chance that someone else's definition of success is running your actions in your life.

Let's talk about how to define and claim our own success so we can know success at all times. I want to hear what you think

    Sierra Faye,

I've been wanting to come to one of your "Dangerous Teas" for quite a while -- glad I can finally do so!

Plus the subject is one I have also been pondering for a long time: what DOES success look like to ME?

    Thanks for holding this event!

    Victoria-

    Thanks for your enthusiasm.

It's a good event for support and revitalization every time. It would be good to have you join us. I find that everyone has brilliance and wisdom to them - even if it is not known or even practiced by them.

These "Dangerous Tea's" have become a nice spot-light event. Everyone gets to not only shine, but get "worked on" by the group so they can get unstuck from something.

It seems as though one person during every "tea" I've hosted - was able to get some seriously good movement in a direction with which they were struggling and challenged.

I'm a fan of the underdog and I fall in love with the successful high fliers. I like to put them together in the same room so we all become teachers and students.

I consider my service to this small business community to facilitate possibilities of not only good connections but also possibilities of growth and evolution.

I think it is our responsibility to accept our lot in life, be gracious enough to bless others in their success and then do what our hearts call us to do - to live better lives and run our businesses with our own form of grace and success.

    Evolution comes from good conversation.

Conversation is a piece of evolution, at least.

Another piece is action. Accountability and integrity go in there somewhere as well.

I think mostly, I just like to see people enjoying each others company.

I love to see lights of inspiration light up in people's eyes or the re-ignition of purpose, pulling someone out of their long-time business doldrums.

... Got off on a rant there...

also allowed at "tea," but rants are, indeed, kept in check...

    :)
