Event description

If you’re like a lot of us in the “helping professions,” you spend more time helping others reach their goals than you help yourself. It’s easy to put yourself last, but by moving your desire to write a book to the top of the list, you’ll make your knowledge and experience more accessible to more people. Can you justify putting this off any longer? Don’t you owe it to yourself and to the world to get your book written?

I am educational psychologist and author Dr. Patricia Nan Anderson. My own book cluttered up my brain for over twenty years until I finally wrote and published it in less than six months. Get your own project started this month. Have it done by the first of the year. This action-oriented - but hype-free - session is the place to start.

    Will you be having this workshop again after the first of the year?

    Yes, I'm sure I will. Probably on the first Friday of the month - well, maybe not the FIRST Friday, since that'll be New Year's Day.... Most likely January 8th.... and then on into the future.

    I had to cancel with huge regret at last minute. I look forward to another and reading feedback others write. Cathy

    Dear Patricia:

    Thank you, thank you for one of the most useful, informative events I have attended at Biznik. The breadth of your knowledge, your down to earth approach, your generosity in sharing yourself with us was truly a gift. I so look forward to getting to know you better and to tapping into your expertise when I am ready to make use of it. (your 60 minute session) I also thank you for honoring our time and finishing on time. It gave me time to chat with a few of the delightful people who were there today. Bravissima!!

    Hello, Patricia;

    I thank you and the wonderful (and patient)Bizniks who attended your seminar this afternoon. Your insight and approach are top notch, and the wisdom of the group was inspirational. In the brief time I was there I learned that my perspective does make a difference; there are people out there who want to know how the world looks from here; and the essence of the written word is its ability to speak, in a thousand voices, to the common emotions which animate each of us. Thanks for that.

    I look forward to your next seminar, and the opportunity to arrive early and leave late!

    Patricia Thank you for sharing your knowledge, insight and wonderful event. I'm looking forward to attending more events of yours and will be contacting you soon! The group we had was very special. It is amazing how quick people can connect with one another when they feel comfortable and have a good leader. Best always, Coleen

    Loved the workshop! Patricia is a warm, energetic and very effective facilitator.

    Highly recommend this event for anyone with even the tiniest hint of an idea or possibility for writing attend - or frankly, even those that think that they don't have an idea or lack faith in their ability. You will leave inspired and in action!
