Event description

When dealing with customers, clients, patients, it doesn't matter what you call them.

With customers: it is all about what they hear, not what we say. The reason for this event is that you have to build relationships and let them know that you care about them.

This event will be all about how to build lasting relationships so that you have a strong and profitable foundation for your business.

• Anyone dealing with people in any way should attend.

• We will begin by determining our personality type in an unusual way.

• We will also cover why it is important to be patient when establishing long term customer relationships that will give you repeat business and referrals.

• We will use a fun exercise to see how your brain works and how it relates to other people.

• Hopefully you will leave knowing yourself a little better and knowing how to talk to your clients more effectively.

• Everyone will get a chance to tell, who they are, what they do and what area they need help in.

    Hey Allen!

I really want to make this event, but have some issues with my car at present (was suppose to be fixed but the fix made it worse!). I'm suppose to know Thursday if I'll have a replacement or not. If it's not, I don't want to take up a spot someone else could use.

PLEASE plan another one of these and let me know so I can attend.

    thanks!!

    Hi Leslie,

Thanks for the notice on the car, it sounds like it is really challenging right now.

I wasn't near West Seattle last night or I would have picked you up for that event.

If you get it going in time stop by the event.

    Hang in there, Allen

    Hi Everyone,

    Thanks for checking.

The event is at 12:00pm Noon.

Apparently Biznik is having problems with their site so all of the events today are way off.

My event shows 7 hours early and Patricia Anderson's event shows 7 hours later.

I am sure that Biznik will get it taken care of soon.

    See you at 12pm.

    Thanks, Allen
