Event description

If you believe that using Internet Marketing to grow business is about as useful as a flier of phone book then you will want to miss this and call your phone book rep to buy more advertising.

If you believe the Internet is a tool to help you grow your business 24/7, this is for you. Bring your tough questions.

Since this is the last free workshop, the size will not be so limited. There is plenty of room and plan on having the opportunity to share the best of what you have with a little networking and then we will dig into the questions.

Bring business cards for the hat. We will have a drawing for prizes.

I am sad:

For you if you are a hard working entrepreneur or solopreneur who is yet to help themselves by adding technology and the Internet. I am sad if you are working twice as hard for half the money.

Are you a victim of the new technology wave? Do you want to Ride the Tech Wave?

Are you behind the game because it seems hard? This is easier fixed than you know.

I can almost guarantee you that the marketing you are doing on the Internet and social media is backwards. I would bet your traffic is low and those completing your forms or downloading your “thing” is low. You will continue to rely on the traditional because the Internet doesn’t work.

I am not a programmer. I am a marketing guy and business success guide. You can Google “business success blog” and find my blog at or near the top of the first page. (Out of 48 million results) There are sales trophies on my shelf and a Certification as an Inbound Marketing Professor. Thousands have been in my employ and training teams is what I love to do. I eat, breathe and sleep Guerrilla Marketing and if you Google “Magic Marketing Tips”, there you will find me again.

There is something for sale: Your potential.

We will talk about:

SEO? Sure. But SEO is not enough. Email marketing. Yes. Email marketing is not enough. Social Media? Of course. Social Media Marketing is not enough.

Instead of creating an agenda built on selling you something, the agenda is based on your needs. Your most challenging questions will receive no spin answers.

The goal is the same as always: “Get more leads”, “Attract Customers” but use the latest technology and the Internet to do so.

I want to show you new ways to expand on what your are already doing so that each step is magnified.

100% Happy Factor:

The only concern I will have is if the number in the event is too large, I will not be able to answer every question. If that is the case, if your biggest question or frustration is not answered, everyone will have a 3x5 card to write their question and I will commit to giving you a personal answer after the workshop in writing with links, resources or outline. Ensuring success is a way of life.

We will be in a classroom setting so laptops are welcome. Wi-fi will be available.

I will have a special surprise that is guaranteed to give you a leg up with your online marketing. (Sorry, has to be a surprise) It will be great!

I will have snacks available and as usual chocolate.

All are welcome. I have no competition since YOUR success is the first priority.

Deep thoughts:

“If you help enough people get what they want, you surely will get what you want.” Zig Ziglar

“He who joyfully marches in rank and file has already earned my contempt. He has been given a large brain by mistake, since for him the spinal cord would suffice.” Albert Einstein

At your service,

Mike

Mike Brice, Great to see that you signed up! Bring your laptop. Let's see if we can have an immediate impact on something you might be working on now.

Interesting at this moment: Google: free Internet Workshop Seattle

Mike Brice comes up in #2 and #3 spot on first page .

See the page snapshot here; http://businesssuccessguide.posterous.com/free-internet-workshop-seattle-and-mike-brice

Just an example to show how fast Google works and how Biznik shows up.

it will be interesting to see how much staying power it will have. (of course more activity on the page and conversation helps) :)

    Clicks from within cliques.

    thanks Mike Brice!

    Jim,

Thank you for joining us again.

Here is my secret weapon. A BIG CLASSROOM upstairs.

Yes, with individual tables for every participant.

Room for everyone plus a little kitchen.

Big room. Just in case.. I have lowered the max to 30 people though.

Good catch on the details but that is not unexpected from a person such as you.

    See you tomorrow!

    Aaron, Carla, Joyce,

That you are wiling to take a couple hours out of your busy week and talk about internet marketing, inbound marketing, getting found, new tech tools and network with others who are also awesome..... I am most appreciative.

While this does not tell the whole story, Google "free Internet Workshop" and see what comes up #1. (and a couple other entries also)

We can talk about why this is so important ... and not as important as you might think at the workshop.

Bring laptops if you want! Lots of room!

    See you soon!

Two things have happened in the last several weeks:

    1. www.importexportgeeks.com has risen from pages 3 and 4 of Google results to SPOTS 1 and 2 of the FIRST PAGE for my key search phrases; and

    2. I attended Michaels first three workshops

Now I don't know how much correlation is at play here, but I am coming back for the fourth and final workshop.

P.S. Free Google juice is putting www.importexportgeeks.com in this message. Ooh. There I did it again.

    Jim,

I am a numbers guy so let me get this straight.

    3 - Attended workshops. 1 & 2 - Spots on Google

So what you are saying is 3 = 1 and 2.

That makes sense. Thank you for the great feedback.

I am sure that having Import Export Compliance
for those interested is very helpful.

Remember: While we remember Google, People are more important.

    You Rock!

Inbound Marketing works just as good on a sunny day like today as it does on a rainy day.

Inbound marketing works 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Inbound marketing works on the holidays and weekends.

Inbound marketing doesn't care if you shaved or if your hair is messy today.

Andrey Rozmaity, Emergency PC Technician From Kent, Washington --- Welcome!

Thank you for signing up for the Free Internet Marketing workshop. (which is now on the front page of Google) :)

In reality, this is not about the Internet anymore than a telephone. It is about how to use the tools to shine the light more and get found.

People search. Who do they find? In May, 15.9 Billion (with a B) core searches were done on the Internet. Just the fact that we know this number already is a leap vs. the old, old days when there was guessing.

Your website at http://emergency-pc-services.com/ may be of some use! Emergency Computer tech! We all have that need during the year.

    We will see you Tuesday!

WOW, This free Internet workshop is almost full!

Fortunately, we have the big room upstairs.

    Tables included.

There will certainly be a few special surprises. Like to keep people guessing.

It is so good to have both of you sign up Jessica and Steve. (And John too!)

Two days.... Tuesday. Upstairs. You have the address.

If anyone else attending lives in the Redmond / Issaquah area and would like to carpool let me know. The carpool lane is almost a requirement at that time of day. I have room for 3 if interested. That way you text while I drive.

Otherwise I might have to leave at noon to beat the traffic! ;)

Today is the day. Thank you everyone in advance for your participation in the free internet workshop.

It is more than that of course and road to success needs many bricks with the Internet being only one.

Here is a fun thing to look at from last week. Google: office rentals in Sammamish

In my Google popped up: "Meadow Creek Professional Center in the Map area.

This was the goal we talked about last week. Great job to their team for thinking more about how they were viewed online and taking action.

Also, the blog post at www.michaelhartzell.com/blog is still high on the first page as well.

    See everyone tonight!
