Event description

A mastermind meeting is one where everyone brings their own experiences to share with the group. So, whether you're an online press release pro, or have never wrote one, come share your experience, ideas and questions on how to effectively use online press releases to increase exposure. To start, we'll each introduce ourselves. Next, a brief overview of how to write a press release, then open discussion and analysis, including places to submit press releases online. Plus some quiet time for writing a real press release. At the end of the meeting, we will set individual goals and check back one week later for accountability.

I'd love to participate, but very difficult to do in the middle of the work day.

After 5:30 works best for this type of event.

Carole I would love to attend this event, but I am committed in Bellevue until 1:00 p.m. Would it be a terrible upset to the process if I arrive 15 minutes late?

    Thanks!

Carole, I apologize for canceling at the last moment. I was 'volunteered' to oversee a huge mailing that has to go out today. I was really looking forward to this get together. Its a great topic. Any chance you'll post a recap to the folks who were not able to attend? PLEASE keep me in mind if you ever do this again.

This event was content rich, made me stretch a bit, and was productive. Here's what I commit to as a result: 1. Create a press release re Espresso Coaching.

    1. Submit it for publication to at least one online site (to be determined after I review the resource list offered from the workshop.

3.Submit it for publication in the Reporter papers.

Thank you Carole, and thank you to all who were there -- you each contributed great stuff!

Carole - Thank you for facilitating, it was great!

    My action plans are:

    1. Create an online Press release and submit it to each source on the worksheet.
    2. Send an online Press release and hard copy Press release to various Print media outlets.

Launch of The Culinary Cooperative to be on December 1st! I will plan on hosting a Biznik event early in 2009.

    Thank you all for attending!

My action plan: 1. finish editing my press release 2. submit it to at least 3 online sites 3. submit to craigs list news section

I've also started a new top in the general discussions section here for everyone to post their action plans, press releases and results in one week.

Oh! I also forgot to mention Craigslist.org as a place to post your press releases AND calendar events. They have sections for CLASSES, EVENTS and NEWS. For the local site, go to seattle.craigslist.org
