The workshop meets for four consecutive Monday mornings You can start anytime in the first two weeks as the workshop repeats monthly. The investment is for all four sessions and you can repeat sessions at No Charge!

Session Schedule: Session #1 January 9th Session #2 January 16th Session #3 January 23rd Session #4 January 30th

1. Understand the importance of a functioning business plan.
2. Understand the direction the business will take in the future.
3. Understand and apply practical techniques to build their one page business plan.
4. Develop a one page vision and mission statement.
5. Develop a one page marketing plan.
6. Develop a one page financial plan.
7. Develop a one page executive summary.

The program is designed for high performance entrepreneurs and motivated small business owners: for the owner who sees greater potential in themselves and their business; willing to make an effort in helping the business become really successful; for leaders who wish to accomplish more success and who want to enjoy more meaningful and satisfactory business relationships with their vendors and financial partners.
