Meet me at my new/old location on Greenlake at Always Running for quick walk around the lake (rain or shine) and then a small bit to eat after the walk.

This will be a great time (45 min) to connect with other business folks in the area and still set up connections.

Now the challenge: If you are able to walk and talk like a “Catty Kathy”, pick up the pace. On the Flip Side, if you get the “Brain Fog” and memory depletion, slow it down.

All is good.

Success starts with you and if the body is a slug the mind will soon follow (eventually). So let’s keep the mind sharp and fresh.

This is a rain or shine event. We have chosen the Pacific Northwest to live and create.
