Event description

Bring 6 copies of your own non-fiction writing (100-150 words, double spaced, one page only) and be prepared to learn.

We cover three lessons for writing that will empower you to reach your audience better, sweep them up and take them where you want them.

You will learn the science and psychology of how native speakers of English read the English language. In the process, you will learn how to craft sentences and narratives that are easier to understand, more persuasive, and more effective at getting your point across.

Thomas This workshop looks really good. I'm a non-fiction writer and I could always use help. I am going to try to fit it into my schedule. Kaya

Excited about this event. Within my business, I need to write often and it just makes sense to learn how to create better documents.

Proposals, reports, blogs, e-letters, articles, white papers, website - For someone who's bottom line is data, I surely have a large quantity of writing to do these days. I'm sure it will be a good learning experience for me, thanks for putting this on.

This sounds like a great and useful event! Sadly, I will be out of town that day, back in Mid June. Maybe I can catch up with the next group.

Tom, last minute 'strategic opportunity' to do lunch on Thursday would make me at least an hour late, looking forward to next time!

Tom I sadly have to cancel. I really did try to carve out this time but important business demands have infringed. I hope it goes really well. Kaya

I really hate to miss this. I do have a note from the doctor, however, and it's great news. My husband just received a long-awaited and much prayed for kidney transplant. He comes home Wednesday and I can't leave him for the workshop Thursday. I hope it goes very well and that you'll schedule another one. Alexis Mason, owner/Present Yourself, confidence coach

I too must miss out on this one due to a scheduling conflict that popped up. Hope for another session in the future.

I attended today and was glad I did. As a small business owner, there always seems to be something more important to do. This event was an excellent use of my time. We received plenty of hands on personal attention to our own work. Tom has a relaxed style that makes learning easy. You should look for Tom's future events and make sure to attend. You'll be glad you did!!

Thanks to Tom for putting on this event. I picked up some very useful information to energize and simplify my writing.

I regret missing Tom's event, and after having experienced a workshop that Tom put on in the past, I cannot recommend him enough.

When he offers a no-cost event, jump at the chance and make sure you get there because it really will help your business. My suggestion is to treat a Tom event as an investment in your business and you'll be there!

(Except if you get a kidney transplant! Congratulations to you and your husband Alexis. Sending positive energy and well-wishes for a speedy healing period.)

I dare anybody to use that excuse twice. ;-) Big congrats on the transplant.

Thanks, Tshombe and Tom, for your encouraging comments. Can't wait for the next "Tom" event. Dave is pretty bionic by now, so I don't imagine we'll need another doctor's excuse.
