I've found the "rate of return" on saying thank you can never be underrated. So, while we get to know each other better, let's all share our ideas on how we show customer appreciation. What type of things have you done in the the past? What's worked? What have you seen that you didn't like? What are you thinking of trying in the future?

I'm sure we'll all be able to give each other some great ideas!

Would anyone like to WALK up to Q.A., from Fremont Bridge/Fremont/Wallfrd?? I am thinking of working an enjoyable (brisk-ish) walk/hike in to this event :). 850-4344 (departing round 3/3:?)
