QuickBooks Company File Check Up, Tune Up, or Your Brief Questions Answered

Have him examine your company file (any format/version including the Mac), make a few suggestions to tune it up or save you time, or answer your brief questions about how to use the program while you ask Chris at his Business Insurance Check Up and Q&A workshop what type of insurance is available to you, what kind of insurance you might want to carry, have him look at your existing policies, and tell you what they cover (or don't).

Don't have a laptop? Ask some of the others attending if you can use their machine and the sample company file that Intuit provides or bring your company file on a flash drive if both of you are using the same version of QuickBooks.

We'll mingle and network in the middle or on one side of the conference/meeting room while each attendee gets 10 minutes (more or less) to have their company's books looked at on another side of the room which will also provide some privacy as well as well as their insurance questions answered.

If some brave soul is willing to let the good doctor perform an autopsy on their financial files in Pro, Premier, Mac, Online, Enterprise, or Simple Start, he'll review while the rest of us look on about what you have done and let your fellow "medical students" ask questions about what they should do if they were in your place.

An inexpensive alternative to having the host (a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and active Biznik member) come to your home office or workplace to set up or check your company financial files or train you one-on-one in this financial management, bookkeeping, and accounting software.

Free copies of QuickBooks Simple Start (for the PC only, Intuit's most basic version) will be available with prior notice to all attendees to give to their friends, new businesses that they are working with or to use themselves if they haven't set up their business yet.

If we run over on time, we can go to Starbucks down the street after the library closes at 8 PM.
