CONSCIOUS ENTREPRENEURS:

*Ever wonder why you don't get more (or any) referrals from delighted customers?

  • Do you belong to a networking group, but wonder why more of your members don't refer to you?

If this sounds like you, chances are, you don't get more referrals because: 1) You don't ask. 2) You haven't trained other people on HOW to refer to you. 3) You haven't made it simple for people to refer to you. 4) Your core marketing message is confusing. 5) People don't understand your value proposition; that is, what are the specific results, improvements, outcomes

If you're guilty of one or more of the above, you're not alone. Most entrepreneurs, even "conscious" entrepreneurs, are unconscious about using referral marketing - powerfully and effectively.

Here's what you can do about it though: In this "hands-on" workshop, I'm going to take you through the very process I've used with clients around the world to help them get more and better referrals.

When you walk out of this event, you'll have a solid referral marketing process.

Hey George, This looks like a great class/workshop. I would have loved to attend, but have a workshop that day that goes from 9am-1pm. I hope you'll consider hosting it again, perhaps in the afternoon?

    Thanks and good luck! -Sylvia

Hi Sylvia, Sure, if there's interest, it's easy to do it again on an afternoon.

Sara, It's really my pleasure. This is my joy in life, to use all of my skills, talents, abilities, wisdom, and experience to help other committed, conscious entrepreneurs to freely express our gifts from within, so that we collective shine our brilliance into all corners of the world.

One of my true gifts is taking high-level ideas and concepts, like I just wrote above, and turning them into understandable, actionable principles, action plans, and action items.

Others recognized that gift in me before I did; I was too close to it to see it for myself! I'm sure you can relate.

So, part of being a conscious entrepreneur is being willing to see the reflection of ourselves in others, to have others reflect back to us, the divine gifts we each have within and without us.

I've taken a glance at your website and it really seems to me that you could create a chocolate "tribe," a loyal following of chocolate devotees who evangelize what you have to offer; we'll work on that on Tuesday.

There are things you ought to work on when it comes to your core market position and the structure of your offering, that we probably won't have time on Monday to work on; ask me more about this during a break on Tuesday.

One thing you can work on before you arrive on Tuesday: Consider this question....

...what's the most important thing you want to accomplish THROUGH your business?

And, what's so important about that?

Your answers will serve as the context for our work together on Tuesday. George

Ah, and Sara, if may make another suggestion...

You may have planned this already, but why don't you bring some samples with you?

Hi Hilary, Good suggestion. I've done a lot of teleseminars and webinars in the past.

Seems to me that this topic would be of great interest outside of the Seattle area.

I will create a webinar on this topic; I'll probably run it within the next 10-14 days.

The listing won't show up in the main events area; virtual events only show up in the Virtual Events group area: http://biznik.com/groups/virtual-events

    Hi George,

Thank you for a great session. I had a good time. I am going to work on those 5 areas you mentioned. You put together a very good session. Would you like to speak at an Everett Rotary meeting?

As far as the others, it was great meeting you and I hope to work with you in the future. Sara - your truffles are delicious!

    Thanks, Dana

George, I really appreciated you hosting this workshop. Your passion for what you do is really evident and creates a great learning environment. I will use your referral techniques to help increase referrals.

    Thanks again.

Weren't those truffles from Sara amazing?

Sara, if you're serious about turning your "hobby" into a full-fledged successful business...

...you have the quality of product.

Now, you'll need to work on your core marketing message, so people understand the value of what you have to offer, the energy and passion behind it.

And, forget that you're in the chocolate business. You're now in the marketing business!

    George
