(note: free pizza & beverage just added!) Why do so many professional service providers, small business owners, and salespeople have trouble communicating what they do?

----------------------------------------------------------------

If you would like to learn the secrets of bragging shamelessly, (without sounding obnoxious, conceited, or sales-y) you should attend this class.

You will learn how to successfully create word-of-mouth buzz without any guilt, shame, or appearing braggadocios to others.

You will learn the single most effective thing you can do when you meet someone for the very first time in addition to other secrets on how to interact successfully at networking events.

Read some comments from past attendees.

Learn more about this workshop from That Sales Guy.

At 11AM, we will have a 1 hour session covering in-person networking secrets. Then we will have FREE Pizza and drinks for lunch to practice what we have learned.

After lunch, at 1PM we will have a 1 hour interactive session where we will learn how to present effectively and memorably in front of a group at business events.

This is a small group workshop that allows lots of interaction. Come prepared to gain new insights into successfully creating the brand of YOU!

I saw Howard in Bellevue a couple weeks ago and encouraged him to bring his great presentation "on the road" to see us in Bellingham. He agreed, and I am thrilled to introduce him to those here who have not already met him in the Seattle area.

If you are serious about boosting business for an end of the year push - you don't want to miss this event. Any questions, contact either of us.

This is quite a skill to learn-like doing an emotional dance while remaining honest with potential customers & true to self. I appreciate the opportunity to attend this workshop. Thank you for bringing this to B'ham!

Lisa, thanks for the note. If anyone reading this is put off by the "bragging" aspect, it is really all about how to promote what you do that is unique, special, and authentic - and why people should do business with you. Howard is very genuine, low-key, and extremely helpful. Read some of his compliments off of his Biznik page and you'll see what an opportunity this is.

Lori... Thank you for the compliment.

YES... the title is ironic, but I can assure you that the content will help you "...create word-of-mouth buzz without any guilt, shame, or appearing braggadocios to others." ...Howard

    Howard and Lori.

This looks like a great event! Figuring out how to communicate what I do has been an interesting experience, to say the least.

Eric, great to know you'll be attending.

In addition to covering this topic expertly, Howard has a WEALTH of knowledge about how to maximize the Biznik platform (for example, take a look at his photo - notice anything? Photo looks a little longer than most? That's no accident.) After hosting more than 100 events, and having probably thousands of conversations with Biznik members, Howard is a walking Biznik-pedia - great opportunity to get a burning question answered.

I would love to figure out how to balance my multiple careers and which one to put more emphasis on marketing and advertising. I usually tell I am both and see which one seems more interesting to the person(s) I am talking to. I like things simple and straight forward. I am excited to hear what other people do while networking.

    Lori and Howard,

Thank you for an excellent experience, today! The whole drive home was one big flood of ideas on how to describe my business from the heart.

Wow! I almost didn't make it to this event and was I glad I did. Powerful techniques for making an impression. I will be keeping my eye on future events by Howard. He made quiet an impression on me and he'll show you how to do the same.

Awesome! Howard is very inspiring & obviously passionate about what he does. I learned a very important lesson today, which seems so simple & obvious; yet never occurred to me. Now to put it into practice... Thank you for your time and expertise. Much appreciated!

Thank you, Howard and Lori, for bringing us together yesterday. I really appreciate Howard coming all the way up from greater Seattle (Sultan??) I hope there were no floods on the way back. I enjoyed being able to network and to learn better ways of defining my audience - focusing on the benefits and our own "niche" - what makes me different from other Realtors? Probably my "spiritual" approach from the Heart.... with some metaphysics and postitive thinking/manifesting in there as well. :-) Howard shared valuable resources for us to learn more about this subject as well. Thanks again! I apologize for having to leave early - I hear that Part II ROCKED!
    Warmly, Meredith

A big thanks to Lori, for putting this together and doing so much in helping us all be better at what we do.

Howard gave freely of his time & experience and allowed us to feel comfortable enough to be vulnerable so that we could grow.

Wow! What powerful endorsements! I can't wait to experience Howard's expertise personally.

Thank you Howard for coming all the way up from Seattle area. I was in Portland and couldn't attend, but you will be on my radar for future "bragging" events.

Howard, thanks so much for coming to Bellingham and sharing your secrets for shameless bragging with us! You created a comfortable environment for us to work in and I so appreciate your willingness to be vulnerable and share your story. I came away with some great tools and insights.
