Welcome to an art gallery, welcome to my favorite swanky place to host Biznik events.
What I love about Vermillion is that it's a great place to mingle and move around.
The layout of this bar allows one to explore the new artist's showcase in the open air or mingle in the back on comfy stools and chairs.
A salon - (according to Wikipedia):
A salon is a gathering of intellectual, social, political, and cultural elites under the roof of an inspiring hostess or host, partly to amuse one another and partly to refine their taste and increase their knowledge through conversation.
Through the years that I have been hosting "happy hours," I have been trying to "go for" the above mentioned...
This is a Salon. My Salon - for our Business Pleaure
Great minds will meet.
And we will grow our networks, our businesses, our influence, our knowledge, our experience, our fun and our joy.

And then reading about Gertrude Stein in college, she's the one who created "le salon" for artists & intellectuals.
And now you're creating it for entrepreneurs. Very cool ! I admire you.
