This hour long event is designed to help you meet other professionals in the most efficient manner. Bring plenty of business cards!

There will be three parts: 1-During a brief introduction, I will give you 3 tips for making the most of your networking time, including the key to getting highly qualified leads. 2-45 minutes of speed networking. You will pair up, then have 60 seconds to share, then it will be your partner's turn. Change partners, and repeat. 3-Wrap-up - I will pick a couple of people to share something they have learned.

What you get: Improved networking skills and 20 new contacts!

About me: I'm a Nutrition Coach working out of the newly expanded Integrated Health Center, right across from Redmond City Hall.

For everyone - to get the most out of this meeting, spend a few minutes putting together your 60 second elevator pitch before you get there. I sent the details in an email moments ago. I will give you a few more tips at the start of tomorrow's meeting. This focused 60 second commercial can be the most effect networking you do! Plus you can use it at other events, too.
