This hour long event is designed to help you meet other professionals in the most efficient manner. Bring plenty of business cards!

There will be three parts: 1)-During a brief introduction, I will give you 3 tips for making the most of your networking time, including the key to getting highly qualified leads. 2)-45 minutes of speed networking. You will pair up, then have 60 seconds to share, then it will be your partner's turn. Change partners, and repeat. 3)-Wrap-up - I will pick a couple of people to share something they have learned.

What you get: Improved networking skills and 20 new contacts!

About me: I'm a Nutrition Coach working out of the newly expanded Integrated Health Center, right across from Redmond City Hall.
